Oakland County Michigan real estate values up 11.0% in March 2014
More great news! The median sales price in Oakland County Michigan is up 11.0% and is now at $161,000 according to new data released today by Realcomp MLS. This compares to a median sales price of $145,000 in March of 2013.
The average days on market for the entire MLS decreased from last year by 19 days, from 78 to 59.
On market inventory declined by approximately 9.34%, from 20,488 to 18,574.
