Hi Jeff, That price sure does sound like a bargain. I have stayed in Palm Desert the last 18 years for 5 weeks during the Feb/March time frame. I have seen a price like in a very long time. Sounds like a real deal.

Sure hope so. Things were down for quite a while but now quite a bit different. There was a model match sold just a few weeks ago at $135,000.

I think PD offers some great investments pportunities as compared to closer to the coast or larger cities. Prices are far below where they were at the peak. Of course rents are not as high either but something to consider.

I love visiting the desert, especially anytime outside July and August, for obvious reasons
