This week HomeownersInsurance.com released their latest report on the Top 7 Cities in the U.S. For Starting a Home Based Business. The results were based on an analysis of average home pricing, average property insurance costs, utility costs, average income and more. #1- Charlotte, NC- Overall great value with low home pricing, affordable insurance and an average of 19 coffee shops per square mile in city limits.

#2- Boise, ID- Livaility is a huge factor in Boise with outstanding weather and good median income.

#3- Nashville, TN- True southern charm takes Nashville to #3 on our list.

#4- Raleigh-Durham, NC- Carolina blue skies coupled with affordable living makes Raleigh-Durham rank in our top 7.

#5- Eugene, OR- With some of the lowest propety insurance costs in the country and loads of coffee shops Eugene ranks high.

#6- Virginia Beach, VA- Virginia Beach's affordable living is only surpassed by it's booming tourist industried which makes it one of the most small-business friendly cities in the U.S.

#7- San Antonio, TX- Super low housing costs coupled with low income taxes make San Antonio a super pick for a home-based business owner.
