Well, it's been a bit slower than normal here in the Roaring Fork Valley, especially in Aspen. I would say that we haven't had any sales, it's just been a bit flat. Our prices here in Aspen went through the roof last year and it seems that sales slowed a bit around September and have stayed that way until recently. A couple of weeks ago it started to pick back up, I am actually showing property to two different Buyers this week. Since things were slow, I took the time to write a book, it is almost ready to go to print! Just in time too, since real estate is picking back up. I have Celiac disease which is also known as gluten intolerance. My book is called - Should I Be Gluten-Free? America's Silent Epidemic - Celiac Disease. It contains a full description of what Celiac disease is, it's symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, history, and the Celiac child. It also contains an itemized, user-friendly, gluten-free grocery shopping guide with thousands of gluten-free brand name products and dozens of my gluten-free recipes. I am so excited, my goal is to see that everyone in the Roaring Fork Valley at least knows what this is. I am excited for the book and also that real estate has picked back up. It's hard to live when there are no sales! I'm excited that the snow is starting to melt! I still have three feet in my yard, the poor tulips and crocus are buried and won't be up for another month at this rate. Ski season is almost over so we'll have a few months of mud season before real estate really picks up. I'm looking forward to putting $15 million under contract very soon!
