Lake Oconee area host 2014 Chick-fil-A Bowl Challenge Golf Tournament
The Lake Oconee area will be hosting this fun and exciting Golf Tournament where the teams will be composed of some of the top NCAA head coaches and celebrity alumni. They will be raising funds for their college scholarships funds and will complete for their share of the $520,000 purse.
The Chick-fil-A Bowl Challenge teams are composed of pairings that include a university head coach and a celebrity or former athlete from the same school. They will compete in a scramble format against the other university teams. The tournament will be broadcast by ESPN in August and December.
The tournament will be played on the beautiful golf courses located in Reynolds Plantation at Lake Oconee.
