Residents of Orange County for many years, both native Californians, Fred and Laureen Wagner are realizing their dream, living and working in Lake Arrowhead. They both have had a lifelong enjoyment of the mountains and, as children, spent summer vacations in the local mountain areas and Yosemite. They were married in the chapel in the Yosemite Valley.
Fred worked as a Vice President, General Manager for Robinson's May Dept Stores for many years and Laureen has a comprehensive background in Information Technology, as the Director of Business Systems for the Orange County Register, prior to moving to the mountains. Both Fred and Laureen have extensive professional and management experience to facilitate negotiations and expert problem solving, creating a smooth transition for their clients.
Fred and Laureen rented cabins on the weekends for many years, enjoying the mountains and all that it has to offer and vowed to make this their home one day. They purchased their dream home in Lake Arrowhead 5 years ago. "We feel like we are on vacation everyday!" What could be better than that? They purchased their first two homes from Coldwell Banker Skyridge Realty and are now proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker team.
They hope to acquaint other families with the Lake Arrowhead lifestyle and want to help others, who love the mountains, to make their dreams come true. Lake Arrowhead is truly a place where friends and family come together to spend quality time. You never know how many friends you have until you own a cabin in the mountains!
