Yesterday was moving day for CrossFit Flathead, my gym. I must admit I am a little intimidated by the size and bars in the new gym. We will start our WODs there on Friday. I expect coach Buford Bennet will have all kinds of "fun" lined up for us in this new space!
USA Today survey results: Montana voted best state to live in. A lot of us were not born here, but are proud to call Montana home! You have to be a little tough and adventurous to live in Montana but it is so worth it. I call my family reverse pioneers. My grandparents lived in far eastern Montana and ended up in Seattle. I did the reverse route 19 years ago.
