The San Ramon Condo and Townhome sales are just as robust as ever. On average all homes are selling within 23 days. Unit sales are down slightly from the fourth quarter of 2013, due to low inventories. It is still too soon to determine if interest rates are a factor or the rising prices.

The average sales price is up 5% over San Ramon condo sales for the fourth quarter of 2013. Keep in mind prices were up 35% between 2012 and 2013. So a 5% increase is what has been predicted for the market to grow on an annual basis going forward. We are very pleased with this growth as many folks are in a position to sell and move up.
