Long Lake Estates is a luxury gated community of single family homes in Boca Raton, FL. After clearing the guard-gated entrance, you are greeted by magnificent tropical foliage and flowing waterfalls which create a serene and very private environment. This is what the neighborhood of Long Lake Estates is all about. Comprised of just 117 homes on one-acre lots in a very serene and private setting, it is not uncommon to see homes with tennis courts, basketball courts and people out walking their dogs. That is because Long Lake Estates is a pet friendly neighborhood.

What's the Neighborhood Like?
Homes you would expect to find for sale in Long Lake Estates are all custom. They range from approximately 3000 to 10,000 square feet, depending on whether they are original homes or tear downs. Most of the homes were originally built back in the late 1970s and 1980s, but there have been tear downs and major renovations to many of the homes. It is not uncommon to find second stories or additional rooms added on to some of these unique homes or to find even newer homes built within the last 10 years. One-acre lots in Long Lake Estates neighborhood assure there is plenty of room for children and pets to play.
What's Going on Nearby the Long Lake Estates Neighborhood?
Long Lake Estates is located just west of the Florida Turnpike. There are two major hospitals less than 6.5 miles from the community and a third just 8 miles away. There is just about every kind of conceivable shopping within minutes. There are multiple shopping centers just down the street that have everything from pharmacy to grocery stores, cleaners, banks, places of worship, schools, Attractions, recreation and more.
Do you like the beach? It's is 9.1 miles to the beach from Long Lake Estates, an easy drive and a great way to spend a day. How about some shopping in Town Center in Boca Raton, one of my favorite malls. In the evenings you may want to take a stroll along Delray Beach's famed Atlantic Avenue where there is no shortage of restaurants, galleries or shops. One of my personal favorites is Deck 84, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. It's also just minutes by car to more restaurants and shopping in Mizner Park.
What Schools will the Kids Attend?
