I am sure there are many of you that wonder why Vegas Bob spends so much time in Southern California. Well it's because he continues searching for a small home or condo for future retirement.

And let Vegas Bob tell you something about any properties even close to the pacific coast ... "Expensive"

Even properties 30-40 miles inland from the coast are so inflated, it is unbelievable. So if for any reason you come across properties in communities your looking at across the country, think again!

And try searching properties along the pacific coast of California.

Better come to Northern Florida. A lot more reasonably priced property close to the Gulf which you can actually swim in. Also NO state income tax.

Hi Bob,

Look in the Inland Empire; Riverside or San Bernardino Counties. You should be able to find something reasonable and close to the beach, mountains, desert, and San Diego.

Hello Kristin ... thanks my friend and VB has been looking around there for a couple years. I did have the chance to purchase a small 3 bedroom for a great price,but by the time I got around to really making it happen it was gone. And then the prices went through the roof again.
