Lees Parke is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that sits conveniently located just about 6 miles outside of Downtown Fredericksburg. It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the streets of this quaint little oasis in the suburbs during the summer and sledding down snow covered streets in the winter. It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle of the city that residents don't feel like the urban center of Frederricksburg is knocking on their door.

Most of the homes were originally built by Ryland homes back in the early 2000's. The last set of homes in this subdivision have not been built yet for the builder is still building homes in here.
