January/February 2008 Update:
 
1-  Work on the Amphitheater has begun. With room for 100, movie nights and other events promise to make this a popular town centerpiece.
       
2-  The first Town Loft Building is starting within a few weeks.  From the 2-stall garage below to the peak of the 18' ceilings, these multiple-story dwellings are all about space.      
 
3-  The Crushed Grape. Our first commercial business has just signed on to do a specialty beer, wine and cheese shop, as well as catering.
 
4-  Our first Commercial Building at the entry will begin in the next few days. The plan is to include The Crushed Grape, a catering business, a deli and a small local coffee shop.
 
5-  The Medical Building is under way. An adjoining building within the Celadon property will house a doctor's office (Orthopedic Surgeon) and other medical services.
