Who is Mosaic Properties?
Mosaic Properties has been developing artistic communities on the Northeast side of Grand Rapids for the past 15 years. We have a history of inspiring "neighborhood" by placing sidewalks close to homes, designing sizable front porches and allowing for ample green space. We approach architecture by taking the best from hundreds of years of proven design techniques and blending it with new forms.

Celadon New Town is being built using the same character and quality principles that make Mosaic's past neighborhoods unique, but it's more than a neighborhood - it's a small town, AKA a New Urban Town!
Fresh architecture and contemporary living are now being mixed with a variety of amenities. You might walk from your loft, row home or house to the Cafe for a deli sandwich with espresso and then meet up with friends by the pool. Or gather for a picnic in the campground area and throw a Frisbee while waiting for your steaks to grill. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio of the neighborhood restaurant and then head to the outdoor amphitheater to catch a movie.
Local artist, Cameron VanDyke, is currently working on a sculpture that will greet residents and guests at the entrance to Celadon New Town.
In our last email, we mentioned that construction on our first Commercial Building and the Town Loft are starting in is set to begin in February. We've also started our Spring Parade Home - the foundation has been poured!
