Marinated Flank Steak

2 tbsp. lemon juice

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar

½ cuo oil

¼ tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Ginger

1 flank steak

Mix all ingredients except the steak. Blend well. Marinate steak in plastic bag; seal well. Place in bowl and refrigerate 3 hours or longer. Cook on grill or broil. Grill is best. Slice on diagonal.
