Queen Creek and San Tan Valley Real Estate

What a long, crazy roller coaster ride we have seen in real estate over the last several years. No state in the nation was able to escape plunging prices, lost equity, and high foreclosure numbers. While this resulted in a 15 year low in home-ownership nationwide, the market has stabilized and home ownership demand is high. What this means for today's home buyer is that prices are still low compared to previous valuations and equity is set to grow at a sustainable rate. But, none of that really matters to the person who simply needs a new home.
 
Queen Creek, Arizona, and San Tan Valley, Arizona, are next door to each other, and at one time, they were one and the same. As the San Tan Valley area grew, it really needed it's own name and identity, but many still refer the San Tan Valley area as Queen Creek.  Queen Creek is primarily in Maricopa county, while homes in San Tan Valley are slightly further southeast, in Pinal County. 

The Town of Queen Creek is practically the textbook example of a quaint little town and quiet community. From the Queen Creek Olive Mill to Schnepf Farms to the annual Peach Festival, even the events here tell a story of the American Dream. We are growing, and with shopping at The Queen Creek Marketplace and our under construction Harkins Theater....you may never have to leave! If you do have to leave, however, Queen Creek is less than 15 minutes from both the 60 and 202 freeways.  If you desire more shopping and restaurants, we are just minutes from the San Tan Village mall. What this translates to is a town where people know each other, work together for the good of the community, and keep neighborhoods clean and free from crime.
