Renters! Rent rates are going up?

According to Census Bureau home ownership is at its lowest point in 19 years. What does this mean? That more people are renting, which puts more of a demand on rentals. And when that happens, rents go up, year over 16% or $147 dollars a month. In speaking with several property managers, they are all confirming these rent increases. So if a renter wants to lock in their current rent amount, they should come see me and I will get that done for them. It’s called homeownership.
