15 Listings? Weird...

This was kinda weird. Why would an agent who is already listing AT LEAST fifteen homes per month (sometimes more) sign up for the Double Your Listings Bootcamp? Seriously, this guy has a profitable business already. He knows what to do. What to say... Where to find leads... And how to get listings. 

You know what he said? I need to keep moving. Keep learning. There is always something I can do better. So true! See, if you think about it -- your success comes down to three things:

  1. Generating good leads.
  2. Turning those leads into solid appointments.
  3. Getting saleable, well-priced listings. 

That's it. If you know how to do that, you have a solid business (and commissions). And that's what the whole Bootcamp is all about.

We'll work on your business for seven weeks together. 

First, we'll set up three lead generation funnels:

  1. Expireds
  2. FSBOs
  3. Referrals

Then we'll create a follow-up system.

And finally we'll put together a killer listing presentation. Now, let be make it clear. This is not just a few webinars. This is a live BOOTCAMP. Tons of work. Weekly assignments. And serious accountability.

I'm not kidding here, it's intense seven weeks. Does it work? During the last bootcamp 24 agents generated 1,407 warm leads, without any pushy tactics or sleazy selling. So yeah, this stuff works. 

Now here is the bad news... The registration is closing down this Friday, May 2, 2014, at 6:30 PM, because we need to get you the new Expired PLUS 4.0 before we start on Wednesday. If you're interested let me know. You and you and I will chat on the phone (zero sales pitch or pressure, obviously). We'll see if this really is for you.

It's gonna be a good busy real estate summer. The sad thing is, many agents will not do much (or anything). Kind of like most people who get a gym membership and still don't get ripped (ahem, personal experience ;) I am not making any promises whatsoever. But I guarantee you that things will stay the same (or get worse) if something -- you don't change. Seriously. Let's talk.

We all need to keep our skills up and keep growing as an industry. I am so glad to see an agent that is "successful" working to break through to the next level. That is an inspiration to all of us. I am sorry I missed this opportunity!
