Although it’s May, Snowbird is still open for skiing, and the ski resort if offering some great discounts on lift tickets as well. So, don’t put your skis away just yet, there’s still plenty of skiing to do in the month of May, and the weather couldn’t be better. In fact, Snowboard’s scheduled final day for skiing isn’t until May 26, 2014, so there’s still a few good weeks left of skiing on the slopes of Snowbird.
Not only that, but Snowbird is offering some great discounted rates on lift tickets as well. For example, during this month, you can purchase lift tickets for your kids (ages 7 to 12) for only $36.
During the entire month of May, spring lift tickets are only $36 for ages 7-12 (Monday through Thursday), and kids 6 and under ski for free. Spring passes also deliver full access to the tram and chairlifts through the end of the season.
In addition, if you bring your 2013 or 2014 season pass from any other resort in the world, you’ll get a Snowbird spring lift ticket for only $42.
After a full day of skiing, you can pamper yourself at the Cliff Spa. After all, you deserve it after a tough workout on the slopes.
Spa Elevation
For example, you can purchase a Spa Elevation package that includes four nights of lodging, daily Snowbird lift tickets for adults, and daily Cliff Spa access for adults 16 years or older. But that’s not all. You also get three free massages with foot healing baths. In addition, kids 12 and under ski for free every night of their stay.
Other Activities
Other spring activities at Snowboard include Aerial Tram Rides, where you can ride the tram at the 11,000 foot summit of Hidden Peak. Snowbird also has an alpine coaster and you can zip down the mountain for a total for 3,120 feet of screaming, yelling, and exhilarating fun.
