What’s your hobby or hobbies? Yard work? Fishing? Hunting? Golf? You name it, this is the time of year to get outside.
For me it’s golf! I love the smell of fresh cut grass (that I didn’t mow) and the feeling of being outside with some good friends and add to that chasing that #$%&^% ball all over the place. I do a lot of business on the golf course for Miller Homes Group and I get to enjoy myself in the process. I don’t take it as serious as I used to so some days I break par and on others I may shoot 7 or 8 over par, but fun is had by all.
Ok, the point is, all work and no play make a REALTOR a dull person and if you can do something you love and do business why not. No matter what your business is, you can enjoy it and develop business.
One thing though, when the 1st tee goes in the ground, NO MORE BUSINESS! Once we’re golfing, we focus on golf and the only real estate discussed is the sod getting shredded under the ball. So have some fun and have some business.
