May in North Idaho, it's a beautiful thing!

Yesterday I was driving through a neighborhood to check on a listing and was awestruck at how lovely the world is in May.  The sun was shining, not a cloud in the sky, the grass has greened up and all of the blooming trees are in full pink and white glory!  It made me remenber a photo I snapped a few Mays ago in Bonners Ferry.  I think of it as my Baloons vs. Tulips picture.  On one side of the strees was a used car lot with colorful baloons tied to all of the cars.  On the other side of the streed was a big planter of tulips in full bloom.  They seemed to be competing for attention of the passing motorists.  I pulled over and snapped this picture, and it still gives me a smile to remember the unexpected, colorful surprise that beautiful May day.
