Alaska Real Estate Market Statistics
Below is a table showing Alaska's weekly market activity by each individual town for the week of April 26, 2014 thru May 5, 2014. The Anchorage market shows that we had 399 homes on the market. There were a total of 460 homes that were active during the week and we had 59 new listings. 65 homes pended during the week and 53 homes closed.
We are seeing more homes coming on the market, however we are still in a HOT sellers market with our low inventory. We are seeing homes fly off the shelves in days with multiple offers!
