Real Estate Agent with Better Properties

  Hi guys,

I am a new agent and  is looking for the best but yet most COST effective

 System to market my business.

Many are good but not cost effective for a small office of 2.

Please tell me what Contact management system you  like best?

Top Producer 71,  Agent Office, Busy Agent Pro, or Wise Agent or which is most cost effective for a small office

I saw three replies but nothing addressing your question! Here is my $.02. TP is overhyped and harder to "get out of" in terms of transferring data out. Or in from what I experienced. BAP I have not tried, heard so so reveiws, you can have the gold package for free so try it. Agent Office was ok, I ended up no liking the setup but functionally it was great and you BUY it, not rent it. Always better in my opinion.

I ended up using AdvantageXi my Mark Stepp, fantastic program. Very very in depth, email client, easy to navigate, not web based (My view is if you have a laptop you dont need web based. How often do you ever "use a hotel computer to do work on") free updates and support from the developer himself. It was about $350 or so to buy.....google "Gary David Hall" and he has excellent reviews on like 20 systems and discounts for them too. Good luck.
