Judging by these stats, home are moving pretty quickly Kristin. It does look like a few are being overpriced and on the market for a bit longer.

When homes are prices correctly and are in move in conditions...buyers are flocking to open houses like if it were a grand opening of major retail store...

We will never be in the price range of LA and Orange Counties but we are getting higher. May we never have another collapse like we did in 2007-2012.
