Albertson Park remains a popular single family housing choice with a great location and relatively stable home prices and sales activity.
Since our last update in October, Albertson Park home prices again retreated for 2013 as a whole. There were 5 sales ranging in price from $167,000 to $200,000 with the average sales price falling to $182,000. As seen in 2011, the lower prices continue to increase sales activity in the area.
Today, there are 2 two-story colonials under contract with an average asking price of $199,000. Currently there are no homes on the market and no properties have sold in 2014 year to date.
