What is the best Transaction Coordination Software out there?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Southwest S.0074877

What is the best transaction coordination software for real estate?  We are looking for something that can handle up to two hundred listings for an active real estate team.  Current prospects include Ben Kinney's Brivity, Sureclose, Dotloop, and ebrokerhouse.

Have you used any of these services?  Do you have something else that is better?  Any comments would be appreciated.

Dear Jimmy -
I have used eBrokerHouse and really like the team there. The last sale I did the other agent used DotLoop. Have to say I was impressed that each signature or initial carried both the date and time as well as the transaction number. I liked that specificity.

REESIO was not on your list.
Have you tried their site?
Free - or it was the last time I checked.

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Jimmy, I have been using dotloop as the KW agents in town are sending it my way. It had kinks at first but now seems to be working efficiently.

Jimmy.

Some of the agents I've done business with are using Dotloop. Others, have relied on other services such as Dropbox or EverNote to create their own system, as Dotloop has not been around too long.

Jacklyn -  we currently use Dropbox.  I use Evernote for other aspects of real estate.

Debbie - we have access to Dotloop (as I am with KW) however, I just think there is a better solution out there.  Michael, I love the way you think!  We have that too.

Lynn - all great  ideas which I will be exploring.

I have someone helping me when I need help.

I just got the worst TC and escrow experience ever. It was TC of REO agent who was never available. Only major contract were signed by POA person. On the rest TC wrote 'will not sign' after I asked her 100 times for LA and S signatures, yep, she just ignore my emails. They did not do anything, did not help anything, did not gave any credit to my first time buyers. And( what a big surprise) the escrow managed not being able to close on time( messed up documents), after 2 months of escrow they found mistake a day before closing and took another 5 days to fix it. Wow!

I like ebrokerhouse. Great support and easy to use. I couldn't live without the offer submission piece.

Inna - that is a scary story.  :(

Jennifer - we have a great human TC.  The point of the TC software was to help make things easier as we grow.  Just havent made a choice yet.

Thanks Larry, we will definately check that out.

This is great info!  I have been a Real Estate VA since 2005, but am currently moving into offering TC services exclusively.  Dotloop has been highly recommended.

Hi, I hope this will help. You might want to hire a Transaction Coordinator, your personal Transaction Coordinator will handle all of the admin tasks and follow-up necessary to get a deal from contract to close. She will chase paper, coordinate appointments, answer questions and solve problems.  She will be with you on each transaction, every step of the way. More info here: http://transactionmanagementconsultants.com/services/transaction-coordinator/
