Real Estate Agent with Adaro Realty, Inc. TREC #00312153

There are a lot of useful FREE software applications, courses and resources available to real estate agents, real estate brokers, appraisers and mortgage brokers on the Internet. Most of the time these resources go unused because no one take the time to simply LOOK FOR THEM.  Here is a list of FREEBIES that I use regularly.

(wanted to add a helpful hint:  Most sites REQUIRE an email address.  Rather that clutter your business email with a lot of spam mail, set up a free email account at hotmail.com , gmail.com, or any of the other 10000000 sites that allows free email accounts.  This will allow you to still get the benefit of the FREE resource and not get overwhelmed with spam mail.)

Love all the tidbits you provide.  Haven't tried the pdf converter but will.  Adobe fights with my Excel and Outlook.  Many thanks.

Dan,

Great post about free online services for us to use!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Google software.  I have used Google Docs to share service provider lists, coordinate with buyers our showing tours, showing notes, even run financial projections with real estate investors.  The greatest part of the Google Docs is that you can share the individual docs with whomever and allow them to make changes as well.

So, for showing notes, I create a column in spreadsheets for my notes and the buyer's notes on the property that we can both see.
