I had the pleasure of working with Infinity Homes last year for a client who was looking to purchase a property in Conservatory Green within Stapleton. Infinity Homes is the highest priced home you can buy within Stapleton, and it also has some of the best finishes you’ll ever see in a home.

Infinity Homes are selling quite a few houses these days. They just sold 15 in the month of March. The average price is close to 700,000 dollars for the VUE 3. They do have two smaller models; namely the VUE 1 and the VUE 2, and they are planning on releasing a larger model of the VUE 3 that will cost around 900,000 dollars.
When purchasing from Infinity Homes, you’ll need to put down your deposit of 10,000 as earnest money which goes towards your down payment. You’ll also need to pay the lot premium with your deposit which can range anywhere from 0 to 20,000 depending upon the lot. If you wish to have a finished basement, this amount will be due as well at the time of signing. Build times are about a year from contract signing.
