The Sherburne History Center has put together a great spring fundraiser. It is called “Rhythm and Brews” and will be held at the Carousell Works in Big Lake on Friday, May 16, 2014.
The event will run from 7 p.m. to about 10 p.m. Wine and beer samples will be available. And you will be regaled with the sounds of Gabe Barnett and the Big House Rockers, a bluegrass group. A small silent auction and raffles are also planned.
Tickets are $25 each and the first 100 tickets will receive an engraved, commemorative wine glass. Tickets are available at the Sherburne History Center, 10775 27th Ave., Becker.
