Have you heard of PicMonkey? If you haven’t, you should check it out. My fabulous marketing assistant, Cara, uses it to create just about any flyers or graphics I need. I find a layout I like for, let’s say, this book drive we hosted and my assistant goes to town creating these amazing and professional looking flyers. Isn’t this a great looking flyer?

The options are endless with PicMonkey. You can also use it to simply edit a photo, there are options to remove blemishes and wrinkles…and it does a pretty darn good job. You can also create funny images like this one:
I should introduce you to the dog in this picture. Meet Brandy: she’s a very sweet dog but she barks more than any other dog I’ve ever known and the look on her face was originally the look of anticipation as she begged and whined crazily for a stick to be thrown. This cloud background is great for creating flying super hero photos for your little ones, too!
Basically, if you can imagine it, you can create it on PicMonkey. I did end up upgrading to use the advanced features, but there are a lot of great ones you can use for free! It is a great resource to have and PicMonkey’s customer service is excellent. Be sure to check out the tutorials on PicMonkey’s website and get creative!
