Condos for sale in the Foothill area of Salt Lake City, Utah
People love the Foothill area of Salt Lake City for a variety of reasons including its proximity to the University of Utah, excellent neighborhoods, and being close to freeway access. In a lot of ways, Foothill is an ideal area to live in. Condos in the Foothill area of Salt Lake are a popular choice for many working professionals and students of the University.
There are a few great condo communities in the Foothill area ranging widely in terms of price and features. 
Country Club Ridge Condos
These are the most luxurious condos in the Foothill area with prices going up to nearly $600,000. They are very nice, though and are definitely worth looking at if you are in the market for a luxury condo. County Club Ridge is a resort-like community offering a wide array of amenities and beautiful common areas.
Foothill Gardens
This seems to be the most popular condo community in the Foothill area, maybe helped, in part, by the price. These condos range from $130,000 up to $190,000. Amenities are not as luxurious as the County Club Ridge Condos but are nice for the price. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, covered parking, and storage rooms. As far as affordable housing in the Foothill area, this is a great option.
Quail Run Condos
This is one of the smaller communities in the Foothill area in Salt Lake and they occupy the middle of the price spectrum for the area. They typically go for between $190,000 and $270,000 and are typically larger than the Foothill Gardens Condos but smaller than Country Club Ridge. The community is very quiet as it is tucked away off the main road and it is a small community. The turnover in this community is low and so there are not always condos available here.
Many people looking for condos in the Foothill area of Salt Lake City are often also interested in the condos near Emigration Canyon as there are more to choose from and they are still in close proximity to the University and freeway access.
