Home Prices in Carmel Valley (San Diego 92130) for April 2014

Data for Home Prices in Carmel Valley (San Diego 92130)  for April 2014 taken from the report published on May 5,2014  by San Diego Association of Realtors 

Carmel Valley saw a mixed bag of results for sales in April 2014.

A total of 78 attached and detached homes were sold in April 2014 in the 92130 zip code of San Diego County.

Attached homes were the big winners with an increase of over 25% in the median price as compared to April 2013 as well as improvement in the total number of homes sold and a large reduction in the average days on the market.

Detached homes sold in Carmel Valley April 2014 saw positive figures in the median price but took a double digit hit in the number of listings sold compared to last month and last year. Though the 34 days on the market is an improvement from a year ago, it was a 2o%+ increase compared to last year.
