Mobile App from New American Funding great new tool for consumers.

Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Arizona Properties

As a Realtor I am always on the look out for new tools.  Things that will either make my job easier, or helpful to my clients.  If it can stream line the real estate process or add value to my clients it helps me stand out above the rest.

I was pleased to see the new mortgage mobile app that was put out by Dan Huss with New American Funding.  I thougth it was going to be one of the standard branded mortgage calculators. I was wrong.  In addition to the mortgage news articles, Purchase and Refinance calculator, it allows clients to upload all of their documentation directly to Dan.  They can take a picture of the document, crop, save and send.

Scanning Documents is easy.  By tapping the button on the bottom of the screen that looks like a sanner you get to this screen. Next, tap the "New +" button at the upper right.

Documents

Use your phone or tablet's camera.  Line up your document and hit scan to take a picture of your documents.
