What ever happened to customer service ?

Real Estate Sales Representative with Long & Foster Real Estate
Customer service died somewhere along the way, oh say in the last 20 or 30 years. I am trying to find it and bring it back to life. Please, thank you, stop back, hurry back, thanks for your business, these were things you always heard when you were the customer.
