The gated Madera townhouse community at Lakeland Hills in Auburn, WA is gorgeous! Perched on the hillside as you climb up from the Auburn valley towards Lake Tapps, the units sitting on the front side of the hill have amazing views of the valley and the Olympics far to the west, especially on a sunny day.
Many of the condominiums throughout the Lakeland Hills planned community have similar floor plans, and most were built by Polygon Homes as they developed their neighborhoods in Lakeland Hills.
Madera seems like a separate little jewel, however. Not only is there a distinct pride of ownership throughout, but the homeowners here can also enjoy a quick stress break on the little putting green thoughtfully located right in the middle of the neighborhood.
While helping a recent buyer in Madera, I put together an analysis of market value for the community.
There are 70 townhouse units at Madera. All have private back yards, big windows (think sunlight!), upper lofts, and main floor master suites. Six units were re-sold in Madera in 2013, one in 2014 and, as I write this, one unit is currently pending.
In addition to the recent sales at Madera, a quick glance at other recent townhouse/ condominium sales throughout Lakeland Hills shows that average prices and values are similar:
And yes, the views from the Madera Townhouses at Lakeland Hills in Auburn, WA are stunning! Taken with a short zoom lens at the edge of Madera, here's a quick glance at the Olympics. I could wake up to this every day and be a happy girl!
