First townhouse

Today we walked the 38 Hope Street site, hardhats required, of course.  The first townhouse building is framed to the second level - the first level is a garage, the second is the living area, and the third level will be the bedrooms.  I love this stage of new construction, when you can "see" the rooms, but you have to imagine everything else.

Hi Carolyn,  Nice BLOG.  We will be looking forward to future updates and new posts on the wonderful condo project.  It's exciting to see the progress being made on the project, and look forward to the model opening soon.  Dave & Sue
