Condo sale prices are outpacing Single Family homes in price points. Southwest Florida attracts a lot of people who love Condo living and many of these Condos are on the water, thus providing easy access to water and wonderful views.
When you look at the $1,000,000 or more price point you see that the median days on market was 68 compared to 71 for Single Family homes. This is a pretty quick sale for the price point.
Many people buy a Condo as a Vacation home or Second home.
