Bucks County PA-Today we all heard the great news that home prices drop nearly 11% as indicated in the closely watched Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller index of home prices in 20 cities in January from a year earlier, the biggest drop in its two-decade history.
Sounds really bad and has home sellers running for the hills and buyers thinking all of a sudden that they should be getting an 11% discount based on what homes sold for a year earlier. Makes a real estate agents job that much more challenging, but should it be though?
