Taking the high road, despite the rough terrain ahead!
Remaining genuine is a gift we give ourselves in business, especially as things get tough or when stretched beyond reasonable limits. Sloughing off the small, niggling minutiae that may taunt or tease allows forward movement with a clear direction.
As business people we must be respectful of peers, fellow agents and clients. When others cross the line of professionalism, let it be them not you. Do not follow their example, it's not worth risking all the hard work that has been done prior to getting here.
It is important to:
- Stay positive
- Be optimistic & upbeat
- Go home if you are having a bad day
- Surround yourself with motivated people
- Steer clear of negative discussions by others
Like-minded people tend to group themselves together and take the high road every time, I prefer that, even if the road is filled with pot holes, detours, wash boards, dips and diggery-do...How about you?
