Our April showers brought May flowers, and spring finally! You wouldn't believe how beautiful Brunswick is in the spring, or how well it's doing in the Southern Maine real estate market! In the first quarter of 2014, transaction volume was up 22%, with 45 homes sold compared to 37, and median prices were down by 8%. In a market this good, don't be surprised if the second quarter is just as good, if not better!
