Today's Real Estate Market

Real Estate Agent with Briggs Realty Group

I am so tired of everyone telling me the real estate market is so bad and so slow.  Wherever I go and I mention I'm

in  real estate people tell me this.  The truth is for me it's never been better.  I had my best year ever last year and

the first few months of this year have been great.  What's the reason?  I think this market is great for investors.

I am encouraging investors to buy homes right now, there are more foreclosures than ever and the banks are very

motivated to sell them.  Perfect!  Rent them out and sell them in a couple of years, or fix them up and sell them

below market value and still make a great profit.  It's working out great for them and for me.  I've also got more

listings as I have been marketing to REO companies to get some of those foreclosures, with sellers that are eager

and motivated to sell.

I really feel that perception becomes reality, so I've been happy to tell everyone that nothing is further from the

truth for me personally.  I know that our office as a whole, and we are the number 1 company in our county, have

 been doing very well also.

Just spread the news that this market can be great for investors and they will buy!

Elaine, run some reports on your local area that tell a strong story. Have it presented in an attractive hot sheet with your marketing touch included. Educate your buyers about the strengths of your local market versus the negative hype the national media perpetuates. Welcome to Active Rain!
