What is your favorite color for tulips?

Our tulip season is coming to an end in our area but I took hundreds of photographs while they were if full bloom. Here are a couple of pictures for your weekend enjoyment.

What is your favorite color for tulips?

We have a beautiful day in Maryland and the weather was perfect for my early morning photowalk through Kentlands, our home community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Have a great weekend and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture the special moments.

Good morning Roy. I'm not sure that I have a favorite color for any flower, but love contrasting colors, as it makes them all look truly alive.

I cannot tell a lie. When it comes to the color of Tulips, I can't discriminate. I am thriled with all the colors. Show it to me again, and again, and again, and it will be like seeing it for the very first time all over again.

Roy, that's a tough one for me!  Tulips come in so many colors including bicolor and even different petal shapes.  I think I would always gravitate to red and yellow for a solid bunch but I also like them in color combinations like white and pink or purple.

Roy those tulips are lovely.   Tulips are deer candy so I no longer plnat them.

I would like a black tulip, inspired by a book I read in school.  The story was set in Holland.
