Today developers need to sell developed lots as do builders and they are reverting back to take down rather tan whole parcel purchases.. this will ease the developement crunch so builders may spot and infil/niche buiold.. the way it always should be...
More lots.. prices go down.. Now thsi dosent relate to established values and fraudulent apprasials... It has gotten real out there and for that Im greatful
