Did you know that it is super hard to sell a house when you don't live close to it? We currently have a house for sale in Carlsbad, CA. It is a beautiful house that doesn't feel like a house. It gives off the impression of resort style living; minus the housekeepers... LOL! A 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath house that is within WALKING DISTANCE from the Pacific Ocean!!!

This house has been on the market for a little over a month now and we have had 2-3 open houses but there have yet to be any takers on the house! My team has sold 9 homes so far this year and none of those houses stayed on the market past 7 days.
If you know of anybody who is looking for a 4 bed 2.5 bath 2,155 sq ft house that is within walking distance of the Beach please let me know! This house needs to be sold FAST!
