About TDT

TDT, general contractor and construction management firm, has served the New York tri-state area for nearly 20 years.  The founder/president holds civil engineering and MBA degrees.  He began his construction career working in corporate America for companies such as Con Edison, Kraft Foods and McDonalds.  He decided he could do a better job than the contractors he was hiring so he began his own construction business.  Today, TDT has built over 3 million square feet of space with budgets in excess of $750 million.  We specialize in medical facilities and offices, church and synagogue construction, and historical restoration.  We are currently building a new firehouse in Rockland County, finishing renovations for a synagogue in Peekskill, renovating medical offices in Valhalla and building townhouses in Yonkers.  We own site equipemnt and can perform demolition and site work with our crews.
