It's looking like Summertime around here. Mind you, we have had plenty of warm days and weeks mostly in the 80 degree range but the torrential downpours keep coming. This maintains that landscaping stays green and flowers blossoming. The Portland real estate market is heating up with the season. We are now seeing GREAT new listings come online almost daily. I'm currently looking for real estate and representing clients right here in Portland and also out at the Pacific Ocean.
In Portland's northern region the Pearl District has THESE CURRENT LISTINGS:
They range in price from $1,950,000 for two thousand two hundred thirty nine square feet (built in 2007) to around $449,900 to own one thousand one hundred nine square feet (built in 1925). These properties are condo's and in the best walking section of Portland. The Pearl is young and vibrant and many folks decide to buy here because of the high quality of life that this area provides.
