The park was started in 1959 by renting lots for mobile home parking. Colonial Manor was established in 1987 as a co-op. Homes were built in phases from 1959 – 2013. There is 1 bedroom 1 bath with 460 – 576 square feet living area. 2 bedroom 1 bath with 470 – 900 square feet living area and 2 bedroom 2 bath with 552 – 1332 square feet living are.
