Yea! Finally some traffic! This past 6 months for our team has been very frustrated. I have noticed recently that traffic has picked up a little on the whole...not as much as we would have expected for March, but at least its not as bad as it was this past fall! It seems the mortgage industry is getting a better hold on their end...while still struggling with new changes...at least we are are able to get our buyers qualified easier now with FHA loans instead of the 100% loans that were so widespread and caused so many foreclosures. Long story short...it appears our market is firming up some and buyers are getting back out in the market. This is what I am experiencing.I wonder what others are seeing in this market now....
