Since I'm still new to blogging, I find it hard to get started. It's easy to get on here and complain about my day with the clients that changed their minds...again..., but nope - not today! Here's a success story:
A few months ago I left the small Mom & Pop shop that held my license and moved to a bigger and more corporate company. Each and every day I am so thankful that I did this! I certainly feel like I am starting over, learning to do things their way. But that's okay with me, I'm learning to be more efficient and productive at the same time. Unlearning old habits is hard, but if I can do this then certainly I can get my big golden retriever off the new couch! That's another thread entirely...
We have so many agents with so many different styles and approaches, each day is a learning experience. People have taken the time to welcome me and help me answering questions, offering guidance, it's truly spectacular. Of course this type of situation does not work for everyone, but it certainly does for me.
