Although I have been in business for over 11 years, I have never developed a good, simple system to get feed back from my clients, which can also be good marketing if the customer will allow you to use a quote or write a testimonial. I have decided that in order to set myself apart, I need to develop such a system. I would appreciate feed back from ANYONE...if you are a customer, when you have filled out feed back forms, provided testimonials, or taken surveys, what do you like...what dont you like? if you are another broker or agent, do you have a system or form that you would be willing to share or know of a resource that I might utilize?

Feedback is only as good as the person willing to give it. If you are looking for testimonials, don't ask questions with a rating system attached. Ask open ended questions and provide a space for the answers, i.e. What did you like about your experience working with me? What would have improved your experience working with me? Also, make sure you have a check box for using the testimonial publicly.

Hmmmm.....

I have a system I use to get feedback and a testimonial. It's really simple and it works.

I send them a link to the testimonial page in my website and then ask if I can make them famous, tell them what I am asking for and wa-la.....done deal.

Hasn't failed yet.
