The Arbie Turner Homes team would like to welcome you to a tour of Stirling Subdivision.
Stirling is a Neighborhood in Fort Mill off of of Doby’s Bridge Rd, just a short distance from the downtown area. Most homes in Stirling are less than 15 years old and are between 2,500-3,200 square feet. Lots are generally a half acre or less providing plenty of room for kids to play or entertaining guests
The architectural style of the homes is very traditional. Most are brick with front-load 2 car garages and a few have basements.
Stirling is close to historic downtown Fort Mill and is a short drive from I-77 and Highway 521 for easy access to Charlotte, NC. Stirling consists mainly of cul-de-sacs,
so no need to worry about traffic, however shopping is just minutes away.
Many stores and restaurants, as well as the Post Office, Golf Course and a large recreation complex , are all within a short drive located within only 2 miles of Stirling.
The Stirling subdivision is part of the Fort Mill School District and residents attend Fort Mill Elementary, Banks Trail Middle, and Nation Ford High School.
Downtown Fort Mill is only minutes away and driving through the historic downtown you can step back in time. Some of the buildings on Main Street date back to the late 1800s and provide evidence of the growth of the business district during this period in time. Confederate Park and the Bandstand are the dominant features of Fort Mill's downtown. Both have been the scene of political rallies, weddings, concerts in the park and all manner of events that showcase life here.
